VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into as of April 1, 2026, between TechCorp Private Limited ("Company") and ServiceVendor Solutions ("Vendor").

1. SERVICES
Vendor shall provide software development and maintenance services as described in Schedule A attached hereto.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
Company shall pay Vendor ₹5,00,000 per month within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

3. TERM
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for 12 months, unless earlier terminated.

How accurate is LexVio for Indian law?
LexVio's Legal AI is trained on the Indian Contract Act 1872, Companies Act 2013, SEBI regulations, and GST provisions. Fine-tuned on Indian contract types — not generic English-language contracts. AI output is a starting point and is not a substitute for advocate review on high-stakes matters.
Is my data secure? Who sees my contracts?
Contracts are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). No LexVio employee reads your documents. We do not train our models on your data without explicit consent. DPDP Act 2023 aligned. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications are on our roadmap — see /trust for current status.
Is there a free plan?
No — there are four plans: Starter, Pro, Business and Enterprise. A new account starts on the joining offer active at sign-up (a free window plus an AI-token allowance), stated on the sign-up page and in your welcome email; no card is taken at sign-up. The free public scanner at /scan gives 3 scans a day, and 25 a month, per IP address with no account.
Does LexVio cover SEBI, RBI, and GST compliance?
Yes — Compliance AI, our second module. Monitors SEBI (listed company obligations, insider trading), RBI (FEMA, ECB, ODI), MCA/ROC (annual filings, board resolutions), and GST (return deadlines, notices). Alerts 14 days before each deadline.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
You can upgrade or change plans from Billing at any time. Plans are billed monthly with no lock-in; to stop one, write to support@globalsynapsetech.com before your renewal date and it ends at the close of the paid period. The 7-day money-back guarantee on a first payment is in our refund policy.
Do you provide GST-compliant invoices?
Yes. All paid plans include GST-compliant tax invoices (GSTIN: 07AOVPR7411P1ZY, Delhi). GST at 18% added at checkout per Indian tax law. Invoices emailed automatically each billing cycle.
Is LexVio a replacement for a lawyer?
No — and we're honest about that. LexVio accelerates legal work. For high-stakes transactions — M&A, litigation, regulatory investigations — you need a qualified advocate. Our marketplace connects you with verified advocates when you do.
Does LexVio record meetings and track tasks?
Yes, on every plan. Record or upload a client meeting and you get the transcript, minutes and the action items filed as tasks on the matter; speaker labels are inferred, never identified. Tasks are one list for the team, linked to matters, contracts and obligations — Vio can draft one from a sentence, and you confirm it. Meeting transcription uses a cloud vendor, so it is unavailable on an air-gapped install.
Is there a mobile app?
It is in testing, not on the app stores yet. Every desk surface has a phone screen on the same account, including meeting recording and the task list. Ask us if you would like to join the test build.
Do unused reviews roll over?
No. Monthly limits reset on your billing date. Unused reviews do not carry over. If you consistently exceed your limit, upgrading is typically more cost-effective than rollover credits.
