What it is.
REST API exposing the same capabilities the UI uses — submit a contract for scanning, run a Nexus search, fetch a Health Score, retrieve audit logs.
Per-organisation API keys with rotation and scope (read-only, scan-only, full-access). Outbound webhooks for events.

End to end.
Admin → API. Generate a key, pick a scope, copy the secret.
Standard REST. Auth via Bearer token. JSON in / JSON out.
