How we handle cancellations and refunds on LexVio.ai subscriptions.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

Every paid plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If LexVio doesn't work for you, email support@globalsynapsetech.comwithin 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund the full amount.

The 7-day window starts on the date of the first charge for that subscription (not from account creation). Refund eligibility resets if you cancel and later resubscribe to a different plan.

2. Cancellation anytime

  • You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • We do not pro-rate refunds for cancellations made after the 7-day window.
  • Annual plans cancelled within the first 7 days are refunded in full. After 7 days, the prepaid amount is non-refundable but access continues for the full year.

3. What is refundable

  • Yes: the most recent subscription charge, if claimed within 7 days.
  • Yes: any charge resulting from a billing error on our side (duplicate charge, wrong plan billed) — at any time, no window.
  • Yes: downtime exceeding our published SLA on enterprise plans — pro-rated service credit, per the enterprise agreement.

4. What is not refundable

  • Plans cancelled after 7 days (the prepaid period continues; no money-back).
  • Add-on credits (extra AI scans, vault storage upgrades) that have already been consumed.
  • One-off enterprise setup, onboarding, or training fees, once delivered.
  • Charges resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service that led to account suspension.

5. GST on refunds

Refunds are issued in INR for the gross amount paid (including GST). We issue a corresponding credit note as required by CGST Act §34. The credit note is emailed within 48 hours of the refund and is also available in your account under Billing → Invoices.

6. How to request a refund

  • Email support@globalsynapsetech.com with the subject “Refund — [your account email]”.
  • Include your registered email and (optionally) a sentence on what didn't work for you — useful feedback, but not required.
  • We confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–10 business days. Reflection in your bank account depends on your bank — typically 5–14 days for Indian cards and net banking; up to 21 days for international cards.

7. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us. We honour the 7-day money-back guarantee in full, and most disputes are resolved within 48 hours. Disputed chargebacks that we can demonstrate are not legitimate may result in account suspension.
