6. AI output — what LexVio is and isn't

LexVio uses artificial intelligence to analyse contracts, generate suggestions, and surface relevant case law. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

LexVio is not a substitute for a qualified advocate. For high-stakes transactions — M&A, regulatory investigations, litigation — you should obtain advice from an enrolled member of a State Bar Council. Our advocate marketplace is provided as a referral service; we are not the advocate-of-record on any retainer.

7. Intellectual property

  • Your content stays yours. You retain all rights to documents, queries, and material you upload or generate.
  • You grant LexVio a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.
  • The Service itself — software, models, designs, documentation — is owned by LexVio and protected by IP law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it during your subscription.
  • AI output generated for you is delivered to you free of any LexVio claim of ownership, subject to the underlying model providers' terms.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding planned maintenance, force majeure, and integrations beyond our control. Status: /status. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. For enterprise customers, written SLAs may be negotiated separately.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, LexVio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexVio's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) ₹10,000 or (b) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
